Agency Partner & White-Label Dashboard Setup

DNS Configuration

To serve your White-Label Dashboard from your custom subdomain (e.g., dashboard.youragency.com), add the following CNAME record in your DNS provider:

Type:   CNAME
Host:   dashboard
Value:  cname.vercel-dns.com.

After saving the record (DNS may take a few minutes to propagate), open the White-Label Dashboard tab in your sidebar, enter your custom domain under Domain Configuration, and click Verify. Once the DNS is confirmed, SSL will be issued automatically and your dashboard will be available at https://dashboard.youragency.com.

Applying for the Agency Partner Program

Follow these steps to become an approved agency partner and unlock the White-Label Dashboard feature:

1. Go to the Dashboard.
2. Create an organization under the Organization tab in the sidebar.
3. In your organization, navigate to Partner Program and click Apply.
4. We’ll review your application and approve qualified agencies as soon as possible.
5. Once approved, a White-Label Dashboard tab will appear in your sidebar.
6. In the White-Label Dashboard tab, configure your custom domain (e.g., dashboard.youragency.com).
7. Invite team members by clicking Add Member in the White-Label Dashboard tab and entering their email addresses.
8. Invited users will be added to your organization and can only access the specific chatbot(s) you assign in the White-Label Dashboard.
9. Users receive an email invite with a link to your custom domain. They must sign up (or sign in) and accept the invitation.
10. After accepting, they can access the White-Label Dashboard at your custom domain.
